High Grade Phosphate with Ultra Low Cadmium
Our flagship product, KAP-Phos, is an igneous rock phosphate sourced from the only available North American Carbonatite-Phosphate Complex near Kapuskasing, Ontario. The tailings at this site contain phosphate that meets the standards of the National Organic Program (NOP) and Canadian Organic Regime (COR), ensuring its suitability for certified organic farms in the U.S. and Canada. Also with ultra low cadmium, arsenic, and thorium, Kap-Phos meets high standards of the European Union.
Kap-Phos contins high quality essential nutrients like phosphorus, calcium, and iron, and offers a suite of trace minerals. With lower aluminum content and ultra-low cadmium levels, our product is designed to enhance soil productivity while minimizing environmental impact, contributing to long-term agricultural sustainability.
The site holds over 50 million MT of High Grade Phosphate with Ultra Low Cadmium over 2 zones.

Our carbonatite, rich in magnesium and silica, holds potential for use in agriculture, renewable energy technologies and mine restoration efforts, aligning with broader climate action goals.
The tailings include a number of elements listed on the Canadian and USA Critical Minerals lists. The rare earth elements potential of over 100,000 tons from our deposits includes 1,500 tons of scandium, niobium and tantalum which is critical for the clean energy sector in Canada. We plan to separate these valuable minerals to meet the specific needs of various industries, serving both domestic and international markets.
